Best for holidays, longer stays, longterm tenants or pensioners who like to reside in a quiet location and also want to stay not far away from a bigger town (Dumaguete 17 km). (Infrastructure, nightlife, shopping center, University hospitals, bus terminal to CEBU, ferries to CEBU / Manila etc. ).

Our new resort (opened in the year 2010) offers 8 large and very luxuriously equipped suites, with a beautiful kitchen of its own. The distance to the pool is only 15 m and to the sea 90 m.

The apartments are built in a semicircle around a great freshwater pool, located in a large garden with many flowers and plants. The resort is guarded by security guards 24 hours per day.

The gigantic pool with an inegrated pool bar is a welcome meeting place for the resort residents or their friends and visitors.

The handsome furniture with a great Flat TV, DVD-player and electrical fan, the practical kitchen and the spacious bathroom are built and fitted out according to western standards. Every suite has a terrace of its own with high-quality chairs, a table and couch.

Whether you relax with pleasure in front of your suite or prefer to enjoy the sun at the pool with a cold drink, everything is possible. Listen to the light wind in the palms. To relax after a diving trip or a motorcycle excursion is exactly what you will need.
